Brian Ross, Media Malpractice Consequences: Falsely Accused Tea Party Member (James Holmes) Receiving Threats ABC's Brian Ross may have apologized for linking Colorado Tea Party member James Holmes to the alleged violent "Batman" shooter who killed 12 and wounded 59 others in the early morning hours today, but that hasn't stopped threats against Holmes from rolling in.

Undoubtedly, Ross received his 'wrong' information from a group like the southern leadership poverty council. That dees group has got everyone it seems, painted into some box or block, and detailed it out to the feds. Their 30 pieces of silver may come back to haunt them some day. I heard that the shooter is "A Tea Party member" was the first thing that came out of Piers Morgans mouth on CNN about 5:00 yesterday morning... Long before any real information was known about the situation..... Piers Morgan is another one of those idiots who wants gun control but has no earthly idea who actually requires their guns to be controlled... If that were so things like Aurora wouldn't happen.... And I hope Cinemark gets their asses sued so bad they have to declare bankruptcy!!! They were warned what could happen and it did, sucks to be them about right now....
