Has Obama killed more individuals with drones? Or have the Courts of the fifty States executed more individuals?

Any idea?
Executions since 1959 vs drone kills. I'm guessing that Bush drone kills are highest. Romney and Barry are both anxious to top his record though.
I'm talking about since Obama has become President. Has he killed more with drones or have the courts executed more people?
If we assume that an Obama drone took out the Seal Team 6 helicopter, then the Kenyan wins? But being second to Bush, both Mitt and Barry have to try harder, like Avis.
I'm not Obama fan,but why would anyone assume this?

The timing is most suspicious, about two weeks after the alleged OBL hit. Could be a coincidence, but the odds are against it.
