Has Obama killed more individuals with drones? Or have the Courts of the fifty States executed more individuals?

Executions since 1959 vs drone kills. I'm guessing that Bush drone kills are highest. Romney and Barry are both anxious to top his record though.
Obama's watch stopped on 24 May 2008, but he's been too busy smoking crack to notice.
I'm talking about since Obama has become President. Has he killed more with drones or have the courts executed more people?
If we assume that an Obama drone took out the Seal Team 6 helicopter, then the Kenyan wins? But being second to Bush, both Mitt and Barry have to try harder, like Avis. Obama's watch stopped on 24 May 2008, but he's been too busy smoking crack to notice.
You should be more worried about the 'civilian' drones flying over this country.
Where have I excluded them? Those kills count too. If no kills on American soil yet they will come. I don't doubt that.
I'm not Obama fan,but why would anyone assume this?

The timing is most suspicious, about two weeks after the alleged OBL hit. Could be a coincidence, but the odds are against it.

This man seems to have never made a single decision or actual effort to finish anything in his life,and how you suddenly have him taking out SEAL Team 6? There are people you don't want coming after you,no matter how well-protected you think you are. Members of the Special Operations Groups hold the number 1 position on that list. Even Obama isn't that stupid.
