I saw a post by mcgowanjm and he is a fairly astute kook, and I mean that in a good way. He made the observation in my title. I think A K A Stone and his fundie ways have alienated the fairer sex, but that's just my theory. Some have claimed byeltsin is a woman, I'm not so sure about that. The twin left-coasters - lucysmom and mininggold have disappeared from here. I know liberator types faster than a woman. Okay, I've said my piece and good night.

No, on second thought, They weren't that scary. I've always felt a little ripped off that I've not yet had a flashback. Heh...(rumor is listening Jefferson Airplane or Strawberry Alarm Clock *could* accomplish that feat) Btw, did that a couple of times. The last time actually ruined my eyesight forever. True story.
I use my own definition of kook: people who know what is really going on. I guess I'll have to look up the formal dictionary definition now.
Some just think faster. Operate at higher rpm's. Like that movie, "A Beautiful Mind". :o) HA! ("A Beautiful Mind")...Definitely operating at a higher rpms - could very well be the meds. The definition is certainly relative. But on my "kook scale", Jimmy's about a 7. Any lower and I believe *he'd* be insulted. Anyway, he's got a great sense of humor and he's easy to get along with. I do find Jimmy humorous and insightful at times. But I find his hostility and disrespect of my God and occasional vulgarity to be in un-necessary.
People who know what is really going on are "savvy", do-the-math, and rely less on fantasy and more on critical thinking; A "kook" gets it right half the time and the other half of the time dwells on a different planet.
Sometimes yes. Is Michael Rivero savvy? He has that web site - whatreallyhappened - where he takes major events and comes up with a (credible) alternate version, other than the government's or public's official version. I don't know Michael Rivero work other than knowing he goes against the grain of the establishment narrative - another characteristic of a "kook" in some circles. The main problems for actual kooks is remaining coherent.
