If it's not Bush, it's McStain. If it's not McStain, it's Anthony Kennedy. If it's not Kennedy, it's...it's...Roberts. It's ALWAYS *someone* within the GOP. We (and the Constitution) got stabbed in the back. As usual. The REALLY bad news: Between Roberts and Kennedy (he of the surprise backbone), NO part of the Constitution is safe any more.
