It does follow that familiar pattern of spam filled with lies or half-truths we see at LP regularly. I assume it is the same trolls trying to spam up this forum.
It isn't as effective at LP because they don't allow search engine indexing. So they are making use of LF to spread their disinfo with the usual baiting titles.
