'PERESTROKIA', THE FINAL PHASE: ITS MAIN OBJECTIVES Memo to CIA, March 1989 Source:The Perestroika Deception Anatoliy Golitsyn

"The new method sees 'perestroika', not as a surprising and spontaneous change, but as the logical result of thirty years of preparation and as the next and final phase of the strategy; it sees it in a broader context than Soviet 'openness' has revealed.

It sees it, not only as a renewal of Soviet society, but as a global strategic design for 'restructuring' then entire capitalist world.

The following strategic objectives of 'perestroika' may be distinguished.

For the USSR

(a) 'Restructuring' and revitalization of the Soviet socialist economy through the incorporation of some elements of the market economy. (b)'Restructuring' of the Stalinist regime into a form of 'Communist democracy' with an appearance of political pluralism [='democratism']

(b)'Restructuring' a repressive regime with a brutal face into an attractive socialist model with a human facade and a seeming similarity to the Swedish social democratic system.

For Eastern Europe

Economic and political 'restructuring' of the existing regimes into pseudo-social democratic models while preserving specific national historical features such as the strong Catholic Socialist tradition in Poland and the pre-war democratic tradition in Czechoslovakia.

For Western Europe

(a) Bringing about a new political alliance between the pseudo-social democratic regimes in the USSR and Eastern Europe and the Euro-Communist parties and genuine social democratic parties in Western Europe.

(b) 'Restructuring" political and military Blocs- NATO and the Warsaw Pact - and the creation of a single 'Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals' incorporating a reunited, neutral Germany. NATO chief informs Russian FM on Macedonia disarm operation Russia in NATO? For Now, Just Talk Pre-election surprise in Poland (anti-EU with strong showing, commies support EU) Bush to Poland to set out vision of united Europe

For the main US alliances

(a) Splitting the United States, Western Europe and Japan.

(b) Dissolution of NATO and the US-Japan security pact, and the withdrawal of US troops from Western Europe and Japan. Putin says NATO should be replaced Withdrawal of U.S. troops included in North Korea-Russia pact

For Third World countries

The introduction and promotion of a new Soviet model with mixed economy and a human face in Latin America, Africa and Asia through a joint campaign y the pseudo-social democrat regimes of the USSR and Eastern Europe and the genuine social democrats of Western Europe led by the Socialist International. China challenges US in Latin America For the United States

(a) To neutralize the influence of the anti-Communist political right in the American political parties and to create favorable conditions for a victory of the radical left in the 1992 presidential elections. China rejects U.S. charge of election-rigging China Tried to Influence 1996 Elections, Intelligence Committee Finds

(b) To 'restructure' the American military, political, economic and social status quo to accommodate greater convergence between the Soviet and American systems and the eventual creation of a single World Government.

The paramount global objective

The paramount global objective of the strategy of 'perestroika' is to weaken and neutralize anti-Communist ideology and the influence of anti-Communists in political life in the United States, Western Europe and elsewhere - presenting them as anachronistic survivors of the Cold War, reactionaries and obstacles to 'restructuring' and peace. Anyone who warns about Moscow's true objectives is automatically branded a 'Cold Warrior', even by people who have doubts about Moscow's motives."

George Bush is a communist helper - but good - he is too stupid to know it or he knows it and doesn't give a damn.

Ronnie was an actor, not a conservative.

He gave us an amnesty that only led to more illegals. He did not address this problem as an invasion of the sovereignty of the USA.

We suffer today because of it.

Reagan obviously wasn't perfect. I would love to have him back. Especially when you consider the thing that occupies the white house now.

Reagan obviously wasn't perfect.

No one is, but only the best is to occupy the Presidency.

Rushbo Limb and R.R. have a lot in common. They were both selected by the PTB to fool conservatives and deflect attention away from the socialist "Civil Rights" movement and fiscal responsibility. Both have opened the door and handed the keyes of gov't to the NWO agenda'd neocons.

Both provide(d) "feel good" entertainment for conservatives. Alan Keyes is another neocon on a mission to disturb and fool us.

I voted for R.R. twice. But a year or so into his second term, I realised I'd been shookered. At that time, I placed the blame on the RNC in DeeCee and remained faithful to state and local Republikans. I now realise the party of lincoln has no intention of serving the best interests of the Constitution at any level.

There is no political solution on the horizon, IMO.

I was disappointed in Reagan when he started all these nuclear reduction talks with the soviets. I wasn't old enough to vote for him in a presidential election. My first presidential vote was for the daddy of our devil. Yeah GHWBush. Maybe that lady at the fair was right that I should have voted for Dukakis. I'm sure Dukakis sucked bad but we would be on a different path now. Perhaps better.

"I was disappointed in Reagan when he started all these nuclear reduction talks with the soviets."

Sheeesh, Mr. Stone, that was exactly the right stance to take...you wouldda been a fool to do differently in his position.

"MADD"

It worked fer awhile, but I don't miss my kids' hiding under desks as their defense against Soviet aggression. The Soviet Bloc is better off with the Soviet Union just a matter fer the history books, as is America.

It didn't turn out splendidly. We are now in the New World Order because of that. I think the whole cold war thing was a big act. Afterall we were feeding them (our enemy) with our grains.

We ain't done yet, dude.

Becuz of the War on Terror? LOL...I believe you may be a bit behind the times, my friend.

"I think the whole cold war thing was a big act. Afterall we were feeding them (our enemy) with our grains."

Winning the Cold War was much about winning the war fer the hearts and minds of those we wished to liberate. Starving the Soviet Poor would have served no useful purpose, imho. Even if we'd decided to do our best to starve the Soviet street by withholding our precious foodstuffs, the Soviet military wouldda still had their full bellies.
