Bible Study Title: ObozoÂ’s Biblical justification for gay marriage is NOT Biblical Obama’s Biblical justification for gay marriage is NOT Biblical Posted on May 11, 2012 by Conservative Byte Obama, like many others, cited the Golden Rule (“Do unto others as you would have them do to you”) as justification for his stance to accept gay marriage. But that’s not the whole Biblical picture. Obedience to and harmony with holiness is the rest of the picture. There is a designed order to how things should work, designed by God. I do live by the Golden Rule. But as part of that I would expect to be held (first and foremost by God) to a holy standard. And therefore that’s how I look at others. God’s designed order (aka holiness) is just as important as love. “Love your neighbor as yourself” is also used by pro-sin people. Well I don’t stand for sin, therefore “as myself” would also not stand for sin in others. And if God is our example, He is very tough on sin. For example, STD’s (including AIDS) were not concocted in a right wing Republican lab. They were constructed by the Creator of nature, out of which they emanate. Unfortunately people don’t understand God and how everything He does is good and even perfect. That’s why I write books, speak and am in the media … to help people understand and then seek harmony with and not promote the sinful policies that anger Him. And His designs for marriage and life are very beautiful. But our culture has drifted far from them since the 1950’s when I grew up and men and women were prompted by the culture to fall in love, get married, and love each other. But now the culture is lust based and not love based. A simple Bible study would show how strongly God is against homosexuality. For example in Leviticus 20:13 “If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.” And in Romans 1:26-27 “Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.” (“In themselves” can either mean experiential or physical through STDs). In fact the Bible even says that God is the inventor of AIDS and that death is a just punishment for homosexuality. Romans 1:32 “Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death” (e.g. AIDS), “they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.” (Here is a condemnation of liberals). Therefore Obama has no credibility in claiming the Bible as a basis for his pro-gay marriage stance. Because of these verses, I determined that an important part of my work would be to first PROVE that there really is a God and that He’s given us a book so that we could understand Him and His plan for angels and humans (free will beings). It’s a beautiful and perfect story and it’s shocking that most are ignorant of it and its beauty. And that would be the conclusion, given how the culture keeps moving in an increasingly sinful direction. Matthew 9:37-38, “Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is rich but the workers are few.
