Last week I wrote that one of our last recourses as patriots and citizens of the United States was to impanel our own grand juries, as proscribed in the Constitution, and bring criminal charges against those establishment politicians and public servants who are bringing down our nation through their corrupt actions. While our illegitimate president, Barack Hussein Obama, remains at the top of the list – and indeed I am taking steps to properly have him indicted for his fraudulent and treasonous acts – another obvious legal target of We the People’s push for justice should be Duval County State Attorney Angela Corey. Corey, of course, is the prosecutor in the Trayvon Martin case who, without presenting any “evidence” to a neutral grand jury, decided on her own to indict and criminally charge George Zimmerman for second-degree murder. She did so after she was effectively threatened with criminal prosecution in her own right by the so-called Civil Rights Division of the Obama Justice Department for not moving fast enough to have Zimmerman arrested and charged. She did so after black charlatan racist con men like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson triggered the onset of a “race war” over the death of Trayvon Martin and after President Obama chimed in to say that if he had a son he would have “looked like Trayvon.” Obama’s words were taken as his own “indictment” of Zimmerman – effectively endorsing the racist actions of his friends Sharpton and Jackson and a host of other black supremacists. Corey took action after the New Black Panther Party, a black racist group the Obama Civil Rights Division has protected from being held accountable for prior criminal acts, put a bounty on the head of Zimmerman and declared that he should be taken dead or alive. The state attorney must have felt threatened in her own right if she did not indict Martin, so not wanting to risk having a neutral grand jury consider the evidence, as they might not have produced the desire result, she acted on her own to make sure that “justice” was done. How convenient for Corey! How inconvenient for George Zimmerman! It now turns out that newly disclosed evidence shows that Zimmerman likely had a reasonable fear of severe bodily injury or death and acted appropriately in self-defense by shooting Trayvon Martin. This evidence comes in the form of a photo of Zimmerman’s bloody head taken by a third party just minutes after Martin was shot and killed. The photo was not disclosed by Corey in sworn affidavits she filed in support of Zimmerman’s indictment, showing her predilection to charge the young man at all costs. As reported by Breitbart.com, it is not surprising that even liberal constitutional Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz was outraged by Corey’s criminal actions in not only succumbing to pressure to indict Zimmerman, but for in effect falsifying evidence. Here is what Dershowitz – who, despite his leftist leanings, from my experience is a man of intellectual integrity (for example, he views Roe v. Wade as in illegal Supreme Court decision) – told the Internet publication: “The arrest affidavit did not mention the photograph, or the bleeding, gashes, and bruises on Zimmermans’ head. Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School stated upon release of the arrest affidavit that it was ‘so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second-degree murder charge … everything in the affidavit is completely consistent with a defense of self-defense.’ “After the release of the photo, however, Dershowitz went much further, telling Breitbart News that if the prosecutors did have the photo and didn’t mention it in the affidavit, that would constitute a ‘grave ethical violation,’ since the affidavits are supposed to contain ‘all relevant information.’” “Dershowitz continued, ‘An affidavit that willfully misstates undisputed evidence known to the prosecution is not only unethical but borders on perjury because an affiant swears to tell not only the truth, but the whole truth, and suppressing an important part of the whole truth is a lie.’ “When asked if it made a difference whether the prosecution had the bloody photograph at the time that they charged Zimmerman, Deshowitz responded, ‘We do know that there were earlier photographs before the affidavit was done that strongly suggested blood on the back of the head, and we know the police had first access to him, so if there was blood they (the prosecution) would know about it.’ “‘I’ve had cases in Florida against prosecutors’, Deshowitz said, and ‘this is not the first time they have willfully omitted exculpatory evidence. It’s a continuing problem. Here, it’s not only immoral, but stupid. The whole country is watching. What do they benefit from having half truths in an affidavit?’” This week, I penned a letter to Corey on behalf of the American people, demanding that she dismiss her indictment of Zimmerman and present all of the evidence, including but not limited to the exculpatory photo, to a neutral grand jury that would then make the call whether to indict the young Hispanic and, ironically, part-black man, it now turns out. If Corey does not respond affirmatively to my letter and do the right thing and mete out justice on behalf of We the People, she should be made an example of and indicted herself for perjury, obstruction of justice and other related crimes for cooking the charges against Zimmerman. It’s time that establishment political hacks like Corey – who are doing the bidding for other hacks like Sharpton, Jackson and the New Black Panthers, not to mention our black racist president – are held to account under the “people’s law.” When public officials pervert justice at the expense of ordinary citizens, we have no choice but to rise up and do what needs to be legally done. These are the times that try men’s souls, and its time to “try” dishonest prosecutors and other government “whores” like Corey for their crimes against not just George Zimmerman, but the integrity of our justice system and our nation as a whole. The actions of Angela Corey are not isolated; they permeate and have infested our three branches of government and are destroying the country. They must be put to an end!

You mean they actually had "evidence" back then???? I thought they read off the guys name, then the charges, then the guilty verdict and then took him out back and shot him!!!! Just goes to show you how the current regime is just a bunch of wanna be's....
