As to the derby, I'm pretty down given a series of nearby stable fires killing nearly a hundred horses in the past few weeks including a jockey who lived in one of them.
I just know some son-of-a-bitch has torched their horses for the insurance and I hope they are burned at the stake.
Oh, my. Do they ever. They are naturally curious and mischievous. They communicate with one another when they want to play tricks on others and especially if they want to fool the human. I swear when I see them wink, I check my back.
