After spending alot of time in so called "nursing homes" I cannot claim to be a fan of the system.
"Waiting for Godot" in a gooberment run warehouse is not my idea of a good death.
Lord willing, I'll die never having been warehoused in such a place.
Although I eschew suicide and despise those who take that cowardly way out, I do understand their fear.
I hope that I can get loose and go for a nice long walk.
I don't care if it's summer or winter.
Freezing is almost like drowning, all you have to do is let go.
Summer would be tougher.
That said, for those who are already trapped, anything that helps them feel good is OK with me.
What terrible places they are, warehouses of death.
Places of the destruction of an individual's dignity.
They are beyond mere words terrible.
I speak from experience.
I pray for the residents of ALL of the world's home's residents every night.
Only fools and children think that death is always bad.
God bless this man and ALL who are in his situation.

There is no such thing as dignity in medical situations. It's just not possible.
I have no idea how it came about that I reached 65 years of age. It wasn't supposed to happen. I never expected to live to be 25. If I had known I was going to live this long I would have taken more chances and had more fun when I was young.
