Dont hold back, Judge. FOX News contributor Judge Napolitano told Neil Cavuto today,
I think the president is dangerously close to totalitarianism. A few months ago he was saying the Congress doesnt count. The Congress doesnt mean anything. I am going to rule by decree and by administrative regulation. Now hes basically saying the Supreme Court doesnt count. It doesnt matter what they think. They cant review our legislation. That would leave just him as the only branch of government standing.

Glenn Reynolds adds: Well, happily our system is designed to constrain people in his situation, but hes certainly revealed his inclinations, as have some of his supporters. Its pathetic, but its certainly been educational.
He is only getting away with this because our politicians are terrified of having the race card played on them. Especially the RINO's.
Still, there is only so much of this the colossal egos in DC will put up with before they squash him like a bug. He might be the acting president, but there are 60 US Senators just down the street who all think they are smarter and more qualified than he is.
