It is now a common course of action by cops. If they feel threatened or their authority is challenged, they break out the pepper spray.
Thats what happened at Santa Monica College last night when at least two people were hospitalized and several others injured after cops pepper sprayed a crowd of angry students.
Around a hundred students tried to gain access to a meeting where tuition increases were being discussed by bureaucrats.
Let us in, let us in, the protesters chanted, and No cuts, no fees, education should be free.
The incident reveals the sad state of affairs in America now young people who believe education is free and apparently not understanding that the wealth of others must be confiscated to pay for it and out of control cops who resort to using chemical warfare to restore order.
Poster Comment:
The Peoples Republic of Santa Monica seems to have improved slightly since Tom Hayden and Jane Fonda were driven from power. I lived in that commie hellhole decades ago.
It's OK with you if a mob goes and does it's thing inside public buildings but cops doing their job with a minimum of trauma are wrong?
MORON.
I'm not the one who said the cops were out of control dipstick! Was that in the posters comment section, NO?
The commie students were out of control so the cops removed them in what was likely the least traumatic way. They could have beat them with billy clubs or whatever, but they didn't. AFAIK they didn't even arrest any.
If you want to know my opinion ask, but don't make stuff up, thanks.
