You will only "have to wait a few more years to know what's really going on" if you have internalized the propaganda to the point where you are no longer in touch with reality. For these are The Lies We Tell Ourselves, and will continue to tell ourselves until one day when the reality proves to be too monstrous to deny any longer. Let's see...the GOP has written off the blacks, the gays, the Latinos, the young voter, and now, bizarrely and unaccountably, they have decided to alienate the largest single block of voters in the entire electorate -- women. What strikes me most forcefully about the metastasizing attacks on women's health and reproductive rights by male Republican legislators is the sheer mean-spirited hostility, not to say hatred, that it reveals.
Maybe just maybe sluts who abort their babies should be killed. Also slut murdereres shouldn't be allowed to vote. If you are in fovor of abortion/infanticide you shouldn't only not be allowed to vote. You should also probably be executed for attempted murder. No one has a right to kill a baby. Even if they call it a fetus. Death to the baby killers.

Rush Limbaugh and Rick Santorum have performed this service for all the men with deeply conflicted hang-ups about sex who feel assaulted and abused by Women's Liberation and long to find a socially acceptable use for the words "slut" and "whore." By the bye, you will notice that Santorum has moved on to a very high-profile attack on pornography. Will it win him votes? My guess is that deep down, he does not really care. It must feel so good to him just to say the words.
Real women would never vote for a democrat. Sure the loser women will. The deadbeats, the sluts, the baby killers. The good women wont vote democrat. They would just as soon kill the democrats as vote for them.
Let's talk about Palestinian, Afghan and Fukushima, Gulf of Mexico babies now. Of course we won't because these are vile scum or colonial slaves, not Homeland Women....;} No protection will be forthcoming.
