Title: Westboro Releases ‘You Might Be A Slut’ Ad For Limbaugh’s Show

A church in Topeka, Kansas famous for its “God Hates Fags” protests is hoping to take their message to millions of dittoheads across the U.S.

The Westboro Baptist Church on Friday released two advertisements that they hope to air on Rush Limbaugh’s radio show, which is experiencing an exodus of advertisers after he called a Georgetown University law student a “slut” because she spoke in favor of religious institutions providing contraception coverage.

The first spot was a parody of comedian Jeff Foxworthy’s “You might be a redneck” routine.

“If you wear a dress that is strapless with a brassiere that isn’t, you might be a slut,” an announcer says. “If you are an anchor bimbo for Fox News and your name is Kelly or Julie, you might be a slut.”

“If you think it’s OK to have sex with men outside the marriage bed, you might be a slut,” the commercial continues. “And if you fornicate your brains out and you think the government ought to pay to kill your baby, well, sounds like a slut to me — and God hates sluts.”

A second advertisement proclaims “America is doomed!”

“Your pastors are whores! Your priests rape boys! You murder babies by the millions! You fornicate your brains out!” the announcer exclaims in a reverberating voice similar to many monster truck commercials.

“Divorce! Remarriage! Adultery! Idolatry! You’ve all lifted up with one voice and said, ‘It’s OK to be gay.’ You only have one hope: obey or perish!”

Westboro spokesman Steve Drain told Southern Poverty Law Center’s Hatewatch that the church had some commonalities with Limbaugh, although he declined to say specifically what they were.

“The ad’s message will be that America is doomed because Americans have cast aside the standards of God, and won’t quit their proud sinning,” Drain explained.

Premiere Networks public relations director Rachel Nelson has said that the ads would be dead on arrival.

“Premiere Networks is not considering an offer of sponsorship from Westboro Baptist Church,” she remarked.

Limbaugh recently insisted that the company had turned down offers from pro-adultery website AshleyMadison.com.

“We do not [accept] sponsor companies that help people cheat on their spouses,” Limbaugh told his listeners last week. “We have not accepted [their offer]. We have never run ads from [them]. We never will.”

Update (1:30 p.m. ET): Westboro spokesman Steve Drain told Raw Story that while his organization has had their differences with Limbaugh, they were on the same page when it came to labeling Georgetown University law student Sandra Fluke a slut.

“Even a blind hog can get an acorn every once in a while,” Drain explained. “We’re not aligning ourselves with Rush Limbaugh because as we say on our website about him, he wouldn’t recognize Bible truths if it were a bottle of pills sitting on his desk.”

“He’s a guy who is on the air entertaining people with his take on political matters,” the Westboro spokesman added. “Now all of the sudden Toyota, Allstate and all those big companies — they know what his show is about, it’s about right-leaning ideological political opinion and religious opinion sometimes. Now they want to cry foul because he said, look, if you are bellyaching about the government paying for your birth control, that smacks of promiscuity.”

Drain charged that the media was hypocritical because they often use sex to sell products but then condemn Limbaugh for making moral judgements.

“Sometimes sluts call sluts ‘sluts’ but then gain sponsors, but Rush Limbaugh called a slut a ‘slut’ and his lost sponsors,” he noted. “Why do people want birth control in the main? It so that people can have sex whenever they want but they don’t have to worry about the ramifications. From a moral standpoint, that sounds like a slut to me.”

“Rush Limbaugh is not very popular in the mainstream media because the mainstream media is very, very left wing,” Drain continued. “You know you’ve got the Fox News of the world and the Rush Limbaughs of the world, but the mainstream media is in kind of a slavish modality to the fag agenda.”

Premiere Networks has already said it would reject the ads as soon as it receives them on Friday.

“If they turn these things down, how are they really any different than the people who are turning their nose up at Rush Limbaugh?” Drain asked. “We are making a moral statement with our advertising just like he was making a moral statement with his airtime.”
