If tonight's Dennis Kucinich-Marcy Kaptur primary in Ohio ends up close, look for this to be a potential problem: Wrong ballots distributed in Toledo. The Kaptur campaign says possibly "more than 70 voters" were handed ballots for the 5th Congressional District instead of the 9th Congressional District, where Kaptur and Kucinich are competing.(

The alleged foul-up occurred in Lucas County -- and Kaptur adviser Steve Fought did not have kind words for the Board of Elections there:
"The only sure things in life are death, taxes and Lucas County having the worst elections board in the state of Ohio," ripped Fought.
