Have you examined the positions of GOP candidates with any depth other than a cursory glance? They are MORE liberal than any conservatives at the moment other than Ron Paul.
That is because YOU don't ask for better governance. One area that I see as YOUR weak point, is that YOU base just about everything on single issues without many principles; this is the same problem that confronts America no matter who you vote for ... with the singular exception of Ron Paul.

That is because you place yourself into a fixated or rigid idea, that a man is BIG because they have the GOP behind them. Kinda like your idea of "yukon" being a good guy. You can not establish yourself on political principles because of your own rigid and often make-believe ideas that have nothing to do with reality.

Why would anyone consider a murderer as a viable candidate? Or someone who says some people are less equal and subject to being killed without recourse. Only a sicko would vote for someone like that.
