I am the one responsible for shit bird canceling her polls she used to put up.

I am responsible for her hiding her site so no one can see what they talk about.

Mission Accomplished.

What a mightly little man you are. You not only killed your own site, you try to kill off other's too. But the big question is: why does no one else will brag about your immense feats of cross forum manipulation but yourself.

Blum:

"So, if you want to understand this thing called United States foreign policy ... forget about the War on Terrorism, forget about September 11, forget about democracy, forget about freedom, forget about human rights, forget about religion, forget about the people of Libya and Syria ... keep your eyes on the prize ... Whatever advances American global domination. Whatever suits their goals at the moment. There is no moral factor built into the DNA of US foreign policy."

I think it is the complete nonchalance of Obama's flaunting of American hypocrisy - not to mention the fact that the official American alliance with 'al Qaeda' has passed completely unnoticed by all the rabid Islamophobe proponents of the 'war on terror' - that is fuelling all the anger."

All Fools' Day:

"For lethal Bibi, that’s obviously not enough. It doesn’t matter that technically and logistically Israel simply does not have what it takes to conduct a successful strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities. Take a look at this concise infographics. For starters, Israel does not have the latest generation MOP GBU-57A bunker buster bombs to hit deep underground Iranian installations. It does not have the Northrop Grumman’s B-2 stealth bombers to deliver them. And it does not have enough Lockheed Martin KC-130 aerial tankers (only 5; the US has 80) for refueling its attacking F-15s and F-16s. There is no evidence the Obama administration will be authorizing the Pentagon to supply all of the above to the Bibi-Barak duo anytime soon. And let’s introduce a little bit of sanity into this madness, courtesy of Russian foreign minister Primakov, who tells it like it is:; go ahead, attack Iran; and then, inevitably, they will go for a bomb.

Iraq had NO problems with electricity until the Battle of Baghdad Airport.

Since then......

"When we follow the game at home, every five minutes the electricity is gone," said Lami, a 37-year-old truck driver who was at a cafe in central Baghdad to watch Olympic football.

The Iraqi national grid only supplies a few hours of electricity per day, interrupted by multi-hour outages, and Iraqis either have to make up the shortfall with private generators or do without electricity during the cuts.

"The electricity in Iraq has become like a chronic disease, and all the people are suffering," said Lami, an ardent football fan who was sitting with five of his children around a table near a television showing the Olympics, smoking flavored tobacco from a water pipe."

Why did we invade Iraq?

“Lebanon’s total dissolution into five provinces serves as a precedent for the entire Arab world including Egypt, Syria, Iraq and the Arabian Peninsula and is already following that track. The dissolution of Syria and Iraq later on into ethnically or religiously unique areas such as in Lebanon, is Israel’s primary target on the Eastern front in the long run, while the dissolution of the military power of those states serves as the primary short term target.” link

Print US Navy ship collides with oil tanker in Persian Gulf

Posted on August 12, 2012 by Angel - NYC

Houston Chronicle DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — A U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer was left with a gaping hole on one side after it collided with an oil tanker early Sunday just outside the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

The collision left a breach about 10 feet by 10 feet (three by three meters) in the starboard side of USS Porter. No one was injured on either vessel, the U.S. Navy said in a statement.

The collision with the Panamanian-flagged and Japanese-owned bulk oil tanker M/V Otowasan happened about 1 a.m. local time. Photos released by the Navy showed workers standing amid twisted metal and other debris hanging down from the hole.

The cause of the incident is under investigation, the Navy said, though the collision was not “combat related.” There were no reports of spills or leakages from either the USS Porter or the Otowasan, the Navy said.

The next Israel attack signals it's Doom:

Mon Aug 13, 2012 1:58AM GMT

By Ismail Salami

But if Israel ever ventures into a military strike against Iran, it must ask itself this question first: how many Iranian missiles can the Zionist entity take 10,000? 20,000? 50,000? 100,000? 150,000 or more?"

“Why on earth is the Zionist regime making threats against Iran? How many missiles have they prepared themselves for? 10,000? 20,000? 50,000? 100,000? 150,000 or more?"

These words were expressed in full force on November 27, 2011 by Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi.

Infiltrator Mujahid kills 3 invaders in Achin district, wounds 4 others Zabihullah mujahid

E-mail Print PDF Monday, 25 Ramadan 1433

Monday, 13 August 2012 12:51

NANGARHAR, Aug. 13 – Officials reporting from Achin district of Nangarhar province say that at around 12:00 pm today, an infiltrator Mujahid turned his gun on American terrorists in the district headquarters.

The attack happened as the invaders were holding a meeting with puppet officials inside the district center when the Afghan Mujahid police officer (Sher Ali, the son of Ismael) opened fire with a Pk machine gun, leaving 3 invaders dead and 4 others severely wounded including the district NDS director. The brave hero left the headquarters after the successful attack and joined up with Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate in the district.

Officials added that Sher Ali was in contact with Mujahideen for a long period of time and finally carried out the attack today using an opportune time. It is worth reminding that such attacks have picked up steam lately and this is the fifth attack by infiltrators on foreign troops in the past week which has left dozens of invaders dead.
In conclusion, it looks like there will be no sea ice from August 2015 through to October 2015, while a further three months look set to reach zero in 2017, 2018 and 2019 (respectively July, November and June). Before the start of the year 2020, in other words, there will be zero sea ice for the six months from June through to November.

Actually, events may unfold even more rapidly. As the ice gets thinner, it becomes more prone to break up if there are storms. At the same time, the frequency and intensity of storms looks set to increase as temperatures rise and as there will be more open water in the Arctic Ocean.
"Most people prefer to believe that their leaders are just and fair, even in the face of evidence to the contrary, because once a citizen acknowledges that the government under which he lives is lying and corrupt, the citizen has to choose what he or she will do about it. To take action in the face of corrupt government entails risks of harm to life and loved ones. To choose to do nothing is to surrender one's self-image of standing for principles. Most people do not have the courage to face that choice. Hence, most propaganda is not designed to fool the critical thinker but only to give moral cowards an excuse not to think at all." And those 2010 emissions haven't been factored into the Planet's Heat rise yet.....yet.....
The most important aspect of this comparison isn’t the higher mean value for the most recent temperatures. It’s the fact that extreme high values — above 2-sigma and especially above 3-sigma — are so much more frequent. Much. And that’s the real problem. When a 3-sigma event happens, it’s a problem but we can deal with it and recover from it. When 10 (or more) times as many 3-sigma events happen … we have a problem.

That means we’re already in trouble. The really bad news is that we’re already in trouble from just the warming we’ve already experienced, but it’s going to get worse because it’s going to get hotter. You think the 2011 Texas-Oklahoma heat wave was bad? You think this year’s corn-belt heat wave was bad? You think the 2010 Russian heat wave was very very bad? You ain’t seen nothin’ yet.
Like I said....Debka.....9/11.....;}

"if israel is so happy with al-qaeda, what does that say about 9/11?

Syrian rebels armed with first T-62 tanks DEBKAfile, Aug 14 2012

The Syrian rebels’ Western and Arab sponsors have ratcheted up their military assistance by giving them tanks, 20 Russian-made T-62 tanks from Libya, debkafile reports. Clinton gave the nod for the transfer to the rebels of their first heavy weapons during her brief visit to Istanbul on Aug 13, as the prelude to the next step of the war. Qatar is paying for the tanks. The Obama administration first agreed to Turkey arming the Free Syrian Army with FIM-92 anti-air Stinger missiles. On Aug 13, rebels shot down a Syrian Air Force Mig-21 over the northeastern town of Deir al-Zour, using shoulder-carried Stingers. The Syrian government claimed it had crashed because of technical problems, but the rebels quickly released photos of the captured pilot, Col Rafiq Mohammed Suleiman, surrounded by their guns. The Syrian conflict has thus entered a new phase, the prelude to the creation of the first safe havens inside the country, which the FSA and other rebel groups will now be armed to defend. Turkey has drawn up plans for carving out those safe havens between 5 and 25 km deep inside Syrian territory and on its borders with Turkey and Iraq. Ankara is concerned less with the military aspects of those safe zones than with using them to relieve Turkey of the burden of hundreds of thousands of displaced Syrians who have fled and continue to flee across the border into Turkey as destitute refugees. The supply of tanks and the Stingers lays the ground for the sanctuaries’ defenses. The 20 T-62 tanks from Libya were unloaded last week at the Turkish port of Iskenderun, already painted over with FSA insignia. They were handed to Syrian rebel teams trained in tank warfare and have since crossed into northern Syria."

Real News:

All legal protections are now officially gone.

The federal appeals court ruled yesterday that not only does BNYM stay at the front of the line, but that using customer segregated funds as collateral is NOT a crime, and that co-mingling customer segregated funds with proprietary funds is NOT fraud.

What this means is that even if Jon Corzine is somehow dragged into court by private citizens, because you know damn good and well that the Justice Department will never, ever touch him, Corzine now has a legal precedent, likely from a bribed or otherwise coerced Federal Appeals Court, explicitly stating that an FCM can use customer deposits to pay its debts, and that the customers themselves are subjugated and have basically no legal right to their own monies, no matter what the law says, or what legal assurances, claims or guarantees are made to that customer about their funds held with an FCM or any other brokerage or depository institution. The “secured” party at the front of the line will always be the mega-bank who made the fraudulent loan using the stolen customer funds as collateral.

In other words, all customer funds in the United States are now the legal property of JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BNYM, or whichever megabank is the counterparty on the loans the FCM or depository institution takes out in order to fund its mega-levered proprietary in-house trading desks.

Pinochet had women raped by dogs and Britain wouldn’t extradite him 2012 August 16 by Ian Welsh

Yes, he did.

So I don’t want to hear anything from Britain about how important extradition is to them or how important rape accusations are.

www.ianwelsh.net/pinochet...+IanWelsh+%28Ian+Welsh%29

www.thecrimson.com/articl...pinochet-we-were-peeling/

For women, it was an especially violent experience. The commission reports that nearly every female prisoner was the victim of repeated rape. The perpetration of this crime took many forms, from military men raping women themselves to the use of foreign objects on victims. Numerous women (and men) report spiders or live rats being implanted into their orifices. One woman wrote, “I was raped and sexually assaulted with trained dogs and with live rats. They forced me to have sex with my father and brother who were also detained. I also had to listen to my father and brother being tortured.” Her experiences were mirrored by those of many other women who told their stories to the commission.

I do not believe it is a question of whether they are capable of doing it, but the repercussions that would follow diplomatically for all embassies, not just those of the UK. States that support such a UK action could risk the rest of the world determining that they had waived the sanctity of their own embassies.

It could create quite an international diplomatic mess.

The UK wants to turn back the clock to Drake, the First QE, and the Magna Carta?

Go right ahead with that Pandora's Box.

Imperial Affront: Ecuador Will Face US Wrath for Asylum Decision Chris Floyd

August 16, 2012

[UPDATED BELOW]

It is apparent that the nation of Ecuador will now be in the frame for what American foreign policy elites like to call, in their dainty and delicate language, "the path of action." Ecuador granted political asylum to Julian Assange on Thursday for one reason only: the very real possibility that he would be "rendered" to the United States for condign punishment, including the possibility of execution.

11 USSans in one.

33 Chinook the other. All dead.

latino.foxnews.com/latino...o-transport-amazon-crude/

The Ecuadorian minister estimated the production potential of the oil fields to be auctioned off in that round at 35,000 barrels per day. He said exploration studies to be carried out after the auction would likely cause reserves in that region - currently estimated at 100 million barrels - to rise to between 800 million and 1.5 billion barrels.

Under that scenario, production in that zone could amount to between 400,000 bpd and 500,000 bpd, Pastor said. A conduit extending approximately 100 kilometers (62 miles) will be built to link the fields in Ecuador's southern Amazon region to the North Peruvian Pipeline, which runs to the Bayovar port in northern Peru. Pastor estimated the cost of the conduit at $300 million.

The North Peruvian Pipeline currently transports between 200,000-250,000 barrels of crude per day, roughly half its maximum capacity. Most of Ecuador's oil comes from the northern part of its Amazon region, where 500,000 bpd are extracted and transported via the SOTE and OCP pipelines. Oil is Ecuador's main export product and also a key source of government revenue.

Israeli DM Declares Public Opposition to War on Iran Doesn’t Matter

The Israeli cabinet's case for war on Iran defies reason by John Glaser, August 16, 2012

Print This | Share This

In response to a flurry of protests and civilian statements opposing an Israeli war on Iran, Defense Minister Ehud Barak struck back, dismissing the protests as irrelevant and declaring it the government’s business alone.

Apparently trying to showcase his appreciation for democracy, Barak said “The prime minister, defense minister and foreign minister have the authority…and the decision will be made as necessary by the government of Israel. That’s how it is and how it needs to be — not a group of civilians or even newspaper editorials.”

Started at the Valero Refinery outside LaPlace....;}

According to Fox News, a second person “exited the trailer with an assault weapon and ‘ambushed’ [the officers] with an assault weapon.” Louisiana State Police have since taken over the investigation after the deaths of the two Sheriff’s deputies, and State Trooper Evan Hallel describes the current investigation:

“Air support and local law enforcement combined with us… We got feet on the ground and people in the woods. We’re trying to gather all the information that we could at this time.”

One other officer shot on the scene underwent surgery to treat the injuries sustained in the trailer park ambush, and a further two have been hospitalized after the shooting. Five people have been taken into custody in connection with the shooting deaths of the two Louisiana Sheriff’s deputies, and a local school has been closed for the day, though police say there is no threat to public safety.

On July 27, 2012, the National Association of Letter Carriers adopted a resolution at their National Convention in Minneapolis to investigate the establishment of a postal banking system. The resolution noted that expanding postal services and developing new sources of revenue are important components of any effort to save the public Post Office and preserve living-wage jobs; that many countries have a long and successful history of postal banking, including Germany, France, Italy, Japan, and the United States itself; and that postal banks could serve the 9 million people who don’t have a bank account and the 21 million who use usurious check cashers, giving low-income people access to a safe banking system. “A USPS bank would offer a ‘public option’ for banking,” concluded the resolution, “providing basic checking and savings – and no complex financial wheeling and dealing.”

What is bankrupting the USPS is not that it is inefficient. It has been self-funded throughout its history. But in 2006, Congress required it to prefund postal retiree health benefits for 75 years into the future, an onerous burden no other public or private company is required to carry.

© by Paul Craig Roberts ---- [Excerpts] Let’s be clear, Assange is not a fugitive from justice. He has not been charged with any crime in any country. He has not raped any women. There are no indictments pending in any court, and as no charges have been brought against him, there is no validity to the Swedish extradition request. It is not normal for people to be extradited for questioning, especially when, as in Assange’s case, he expressed his complete cooperation with being questioned a second time by Swedish officials in London. What is this all about? First, according to news reports, Assange was picked up by two celebrity-hunting Swedish women who took him home to their beds. Later for reasons unknown, one complained that he had not used a condom, and the other complained that she had offered one helping, but he had taken two. A Swedish prosecutor looked into the case, found that there was nothing to it, and dismissed the case.

Getting ill - don't do it in Iraq. The Iraqi physicians that once were welcomed all over the world for their knowledge and skills are no longer available. Either they left the country and did not return, or they have retired. And they are badly missed: healthcare in today's Iraq is a disaster.

Electricity in Iraq is a disaster.

Letter from John Yoo to Alberto Gonzales DATE: August 1, 2002 SUBJECT: N/A AUTHOR: John Yoo, Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Office of Legal Counsel
John Yoo writes to White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales warning of potential threats of international prosecution regarding the administration’s interrogation policies. Yoo notes that "Interrogations of al Qaeda members … cannot constitute a war crime" because of the Presidential determination that Geneva’s protections do not apply.

Memo from Jay Bybee to the CIA DATE: August 1, 2002 SUBJECT: Memorandum for [REDACTED] Interrogation of [REDACTED] AUTHOR: Jay Bybee, Assistant Attorney General, Office of Legal Counsel
Written by the Office of Legal Counsel’s Jay Bybee and sent to the Central Intelligence Agency, this heavily redacted document was released to the ACLU in 2008. It details "advising the CIA regarding interrogation methods it may use against al Qaeda members," and in one un-redacted portion, argues that "to violate the statute, an individual must have the specific intent to inflict severe pain or suffering. Based on the information you have provided us, we believe those carrying out these procedures would not have the specific intent to inflict severe pain or suffering."
