Bob Weaver, below the lead on the ECTaskForce says SS Agent Craig Miller was in WTC7when it went down.
According to the BBC's running the Collapse of WTC7 30 min before it happened( ascertained by several other sources like "the building is coming down", "...about to blow") we know WTC7 was Control Demolished.

Rigging up a building with explosives takes longer than several hours and would have been extremely dangerous to do inside a burning building, so the explosives had to have been planted before 9/11. [/quote]
