He and the others who were exposed to agent orange DID make a difference.
DIOXIN is GONE because of their sacrifices.
Btw Fred dioxins were used in many other ways.
For example the final PAs in my radars were filled with an insulating oil that was almost pure dioxins.
The doors to them were designed that you could NOT open them without getting a BATH in gallons of that oil, because they wanted to make sure the oil was changed every time the PAs were accessed. Every six months or so we took dioxin baths. But no settlement for us, (there were likely fewer than 5,000 of us ever to hold our rate and do that job) .
I meant your neighbor no disrespect, quite the contrary.
Please just tell him because of abuses of agent orange use, dioxin is GONE in the USA and it's NOT coming back.
