A Mujahideen official said that Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate shot the helicopter as it was about to airlift a container in Gomal district of
Paktika province at about 10:00 a.m. today causing the helicopter to fall down and setting it on fire, adding that as many as 22 US-NATO invaders were killed in the struck helicopter.
Shortly afterwards, a larger number of the enemy’s vehicles and tanks approached the site and surrounded it.
