Again, and time is no factor here, the Ability of the USSA to tax is rooted in the Illegally ratified 16th Amendment which was then used to create the illegal Federal Reserve Corporation.
And good luck on that IRS enforcement...this will get intertwined with FICA & SS....there will be no other way to collect.

and
100 million either un or under employed.
So let's say, for shi ts and giggles, $200 the month is the Min buy in.
There is ZERO way that the aformentioned pop has $2400 the year to pay....
while at the same time,
the USSA is putting ZERO limits on the Costs of Medical Health Care.
