As speculations over a possible strike on Iran's nuclear facilities grow, the Islamic Republic is exacerbating its rhetoric. Deputy Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi on Friday warned Israel against mounting such an attack: "Any act by the Zionist regime against Iran will bring about its destruction." Hezbollah, he added, "Is at the forefront of the fight against Israel and it is growing stronger by the day." Speaking at a ceremony honoring past Hezbollah commanders, Vahidi said that "Israel is weaker than it has ever been and its army is tired and humiliated… This is why it is trying to solve its problems by talking about taking action against Iran. But these are ridiculous statements. "Iran's warriors are ready and willing to wipe Israel off the map," he declared.

Heh heh.... such posturing... If Iran attacked Israel.... Israel would respond with nukes.....(maybe??) and if they do .... - the entire planet would see Israel's power. and then, the US taxpayers would rebel against continuing to send BILLIONS of dollars every year...... Therefore - there will be attack on Israel.........ever. IMHO
And Russia would respond to neutralize the bastard state, some call israel, for wanton use of nuclear weapons? Think President Obama would respond in kind? I don't. Only takes 2 nukes to get the job finished on israel. If I were in command, I would add a couple more just to 'salt the earth' so the religious kooks would only have 'glowing rocks' to worship. That said, I have pleaded for at least the last decade for the jews of israel to save themselves and their families and vacate the stolen land that they squat on.
