Jalapeno Sausage  Ingredients 
  1 Lb Lean ground pork 
  2-3 Pickled Jalapeno, minced, stemmed and seeded (or Serranos) 
  3-4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/4 and smaller cubes or grated) 
  1 Tbsp Onions, minced 
  1 Tsp Garlic, minced 
  1 Tsp Salt 
  1 Tsp Dark brown sugar 
  1 Tsp Smoked Spanish Paprika 
  ½ Tsp Black Pepper 
  ¼ Tsp Mexican Oregano 
  2-3 Tbsp cold water 
 Directions 
 Combine cold water and spices to make a slurry, add meat and mix well, place into a large Ziploc bag and let marinade in refrigerator overnight. Form into patties and grille or pan fry.
