Why not? He [Obama] IS a nigger. So is his racist wife. Their whole lives and careers are based on Affirmative Action and the racist beliefs that white people owe them something just for being born. Neither one has ever accomplished ONE SINGLE THING due to any ability they may have, they have just sat back and screamed "Feed me,Seymour!" while bitching about not getting fed enough. They also believe white people are inferior.

I'll bet this sends you into dogmatic orgasmic spasms because you are the type of PC idiot that can't see or understand the obvious.

This is effortless now.

Predictably, the blacks do everything in a cultural bloc, seemingly incapable of overcoming the tribal imperative.

This phenomenon is ... characteristic among political automatons --- Obama didn’t even have to wind them up.

Sobriety can be achieved, but there is no cure for addiction. You just become an addict that is no longer drinking, doing drugs, smoking, overeating, etc, etc, etc.,and you will be that person for all of your life. You never beat it. All you can hope to do is keep it at bay.

Nobody is an addict because they want to be an addict.

It has to be one of the most frustrating and emotionally brutal things you can go through. Especially if you are a child dealing with an addicted parent. Every time I see that I want to just beat the snot out of the parent. I don't,but I want to.

My Mother was an alcohol addict, you know; that garbage I only touched while in the Army, and only to the point I needed to to bond. If I had a beer in my hand at a party I was watering plants with it and didn't carry too many props around.

Even then, my posturing was detected by real alcoholics, you know; the ones that know every ounce of alcohol in their possession, and take the addiction serious and want serious 'misery loves company' shows of holding your limit of alcohol from people.

I just would not do that, sorry; I hate being drunk and have only been that way a handful of times in my life; all while young. I haven't touched it in decades, and I have zero problem doing that. It's the easiest thing in the world to me.

I feel much the same about other substances to, I don't even have any use for cannabis; though it should be legal and regulated like tobacco and alcohol.

I have strong feelings about 'my alcoholic.' I wish I had not suffered so much trying to protect my siblings from her. I wish I had run away in the late 1960s.

The pigs were never any help either. They would tell me to control myself if she hit me right in front of them, or arrest me if I hit her while they were observing.

Actually, part of me wishes I had killed her, no joke. It would of spared a whole bunch of people untold misery. I know I stopped calling her 'Mom' about the time everyone moved to Oregon as she did the self fraud of a 'geographic move.'

This is one reason I can survive on forums like this. Hey, no one can hassle me man; not like I have been in my life. Conservatives like fuck face eric, religion on his sleeve like it's a fool trophy stone, or anyone else; they can't see they can't give me anywhere near the hell I have endured since being a small child.

Though if someone wants to be mentally or physically ruthless to me in person; I have little trouble smoking them like a cheap cigar. There is an anger there, and it flies the Gadsden Flag. One that should never be poked at in real time.

If I had been a substance abuser, I would have one to prison, for sure. I can seem harmless until one does not see it coming; then all bets are off.

Worse yet, I always am smart and tactically proficient when provoked, and work well thought out, per-written operations orders complete with all the annexes when I do what I do.

I feel sympathy for people who have to deal with substance abusers; you know, they way i always am on the side of those oppressed. Where the fuck do you think I got that? I know what being abused feels like, and I know what abusers are, and hate them with a passion when I I.D. them.

And I would never argue I have I.D.ed them wrong. It is pointless to do so. My ideology is always going to be what it is, because I would die to defend it.

Anyone who has tried to task me has gotten that point and doesn't come back for seconds. I'm sure you understand this reality check more than many in here.

If I had been a substance abuser, I would have one to prison, for sure. I can seem harmless until one does not see it coming; then all bets are off.

I may be one of the luckiest men in the world. I was a world-class substance abuser, and none more than alcohol. Plus being part Indian and having the mild laid-back type of personality I have, you know I was a absolute charmer when hammered.

And the one thing I have always had a natural talent at was getting physical with people. It is almost impossible to get me to get physical when I am sober, but all bets are off if I am drinking.

I finally quit drinking one day mostly by accident. Somehow or another I came out of the alcohol and drug induced fog I had been in,and discovered I had lost several months. My last clear memory had been mid-summer,and suddenly it was early summer. I had no idea where I had been, what I had been doing,or even buying the car I was driving.

Being a clever sort, right away I realized that was probably a pretty good first clue that I needed to back off on the drinking a notch or two.

Evidentially I didn't kill anybody or commit any major crimes during that blackout period, and that's half of what makes me maybe the luckiest man in the world.

The other half is that I had absolutely zero problems quitting drinking. You know how some drinkers try to quit and have their friends hounding them to have a drink? I didn't have that problem. My friends had even gotten together and had a custom t-shirt made for me that stated "Instant Asshole! Just add alcohol!" I'd be at a party not drinking and some drunken idiot would try to hassle me into having a drink, and my friends would tell him to shut the hell up and leave me alone because the last thing he really needed was for me to get pissed off at him and start drinking. "Trust me on this, you will like him a lot better not drinking than you will if you get him drinking" is a direct quote.

I didn't drink so much as a single beer for over a year and never even had the slightest craving for a drink. The thing is that even though was a black-out drunk,I didn't "drink to forget" or any such nonsense. Nor was I a social drinker. I drank to get loaded, and I got loaded as a part of having fun. I wanted to drink and dance, and have fun. The problems always started when I was having too much fun in a public place,or some other drunken idiot decided to start trouble with me. Even though I was having fun,I never was one to back away from trouble if it took the effort to find me.

I did decide to get drunk after that period to see if I could do it again, and had no fun at all. I tried again a couple more times with the same effect. All that happened was right while I was drunk I was thinking "How freaking stupid is this? I'm not even having any fun,and I am going to be sick and shaking for the next three days after I wake up tomorrow."

There was only one time I ever actually craved a drink. This was during a Area Command Meeting while I was working Robin Sage, and the area commander showed up with a bottle of warm Johnny Walker scotch. When he opened that bottle inside that hot log cabin I swear my mouth started to water, and I have never even liked scotch. I passed the bottle right by me,but I sure did want to take a big drink. It passed in a few minutes, and I've never had a craving like that since.

As far as I am concerned, this makes me pretty damn lucky.I have plenty of friends and relatives that didn't drink for fun. They drank because they needed to drink, and I have all the sympathy in the world for these people. That does NOT mean I like being around them or will tolerate their nonsense when they are drinking, but I can't help but think that if it weren't for the luck of the genetic draw that could have easily been me.

BTW,I had no trouble reading between the lines to know what you went through as a child. I saw enough of it with other relatives growing up that it was unmistakable. I was lucky. Neither my father nor my mother drank, which made both of them odd birds in their families.

And I can't say I have totally quit drinking.I had two Millers a couple of years ago after working out in the yard in the hot sun,and may have a couple more this coming summer after yard work if I want them. Two is my absolute limit on any given day, though.

I doubt there is much you can do until he's so bad off he has to be admitted for some other related malady such as pneumonia, accidents or seizures.

At this point he's probably more likely to die from withdrawals if he's suddenly unable to drink the amount he needs to keep the levels that his body now needs to survive. Especially since he probably neglected to eat and has essentially been starving himself while living off the energy from the empty calories supplied by the alcohol.

So many OTC are hard on the stomach. Anything with HCl in the formula needs to be taken with a buffering agent or food. Think Benadryl and some of the other extremely popular allergy meds.

A Teacher friend Cousin just sent me a Consumer Digest Newsletter on Migrain relief.

About 4 pp long, it reads like my history.

All pain meds by their very action will plug you up, at the very least by slowing motility due to suppression of nerve impulses. Aspirin which also has a low pH AND suppresses your clotting factors is particularly effective at forming bricks and bleeding ulcers.

Pain meds are that doc's bread and butter.

Almost every country in the Middle East is awash in oil, and we have to side with the one that has nothing but joos. Goddamn, that was good thinkin'. Esso posted on 2012-01-13 7:37:56 ET
