A student recently wrote an article about homosexuals and why it is a bad idea to have them around kids. Todd Carlson ridiculed the kids religious beliefs and called it bullying. A school superintendent does what he is REQUIRED to do by the Constitution and demands all the children in his school be treated equally including any homosexual ones,and YOU are accusing him of butt-humping little boys? You can threaten public officials with death or other physical harm? There are LIMITS on your absolute freedom. You can't hold private citizens up to public ridicule without consequences. Being sued is just one of them. AND....,when you are a member of a student body speaking in the school,you don't have any individual right to speak up.
