It's a political survey document that states "You have been selected to represent voters in Ohio's 7th Congressional District" yada...yada...yada.... It also says "Your registered census is one of the select few being mailed into Ohio's 7th Congressional District"......... I'm really surprised they send me anything after the answer they got when they called me on my work cellphone about 10 years and tried to get me to take a survey.
