"I want to use all my strength, to resist the notion that I can run your lives, or run the economy, or run the world. I want to use that strength to repeal and reject that notion, and stand up and defend the principles of liberty." -Congressman Ron Paul

Anyway - here is how it appears to be unfolding.....
For the GOP it will either be romney or Paul.
If it is Romney - he will lose to the incumbent president. Romney is uninteresting, unexciting, and dry. He epitomizes the gop doctrine of "next guy in line.
Romney will never be able to attract the number of independents necessary to win the battleground states.
Dr. Paul has a real message - and even though you may not like it - an awful lot of registered voters - expecially independents - DO like his message.
He could beat a sitting president.
Personally, I would rather have 4 years of divided government than one party rule - (never forget the bush years) - and I believe that is exactly what we will get with either Obama or Paul.
