He's a cop and an avid hunter (or so he says) and loves to say things like "Shut yer sperm bank, Paultard!" Yeah, he's a real class act. He is another one who is just smart enough to push the buttons and pull the levers, but not smart enough to figure out what's really going on. He's an obedient worker.
