He thinks prayer should be formally allowed in school. The only prayer that is disallowed in school is the kind that draws attention to itself. If one follows the Biblical directive to pray in secret, there's no problem.

Are you saying that the school is enforcing the Bibles rules for praying?
I was at a school in El Paso Texas once and the teacher told the student that the Bible didn't belong in school and it wasn't allowed there. The Bible wasn't even open.

Nope. I'm saying that the Biblical rules are such that any government would have a hard time finding ways to enforce a prohibition against prayer in school.
