Sitting in the bleachers isn't the same as sitting on the couch. If there were 3 people on the couch it wouldn't mean anything. But with two dudes on the couch, come on. When one dude is sitting on the couch and you want to sit there. Do you go sit up close to him or sit a cushion away to give the guy some space. I would leave an empty cushion between us.
