Where in the first amendment does it say protesters should be shot if they assemble without a permit?

Say WHAT? Shot for trespassing on PUBLIC property?
Zucotti park is privately owned and the the people out of their freakin minds who don't understand they are living in America are the occutards and their commie socialist enablers. Sabe?
Not so sure that qualifies as true anymore because they have allowed the public unhindered access for years. Which compromises a "legal taking" by the public.

Yeah,I understand you are a fascist that only thinks Freedom of Speech and assembly applies to people you agree with.

Show me the No Trespassing signs they had up before the demonstrations.
Lol! I have no idea what signage was present in the park, but I do know that protesters pitching a tent and then pitching a fit when told to leave does not in any way diminish the rights the property owner enjoys. Given that this 'group' now has a substantial amount of money..I recommend the property owner along with neighborhood businesses and residents who suffered sue OWS for being a public nusiance.

Which means you are talking out your ass.

No,you just THINK that. There is a difference. In fact,if any one poster put up a tent and staked out a acre there for a given period of time (I think 7 years) without the property owner having the police remove him,he could then get a clear title for it unless the owner had agreed to rent it to him.
THIS is why you have to put up "No Tresspassing" signs on your property to keep others out without your permission.
