Like I said earlier, they don't know a good thing when they have it, till it's gone. I know of three forums, all run by females, who will not tolerate such attacks that you've all waged against Stone, at least not for long, and these cyber clowns know it too, they have either been banned from these forums for running their mouths, or they treat the hostess with respect knowing their antics will get their asses kicked off the site, no if's, and's, or but's about it, you're gone.
I've watched over the years as some members, stone included, try to post holiday/birthday/, just plain happy threads, but all any of you are fit for is to go onto those threads and take a dump, you ruin anything that was meant to be good, and still Stone is tolerant enough to allow you to continue posting.

She has a specific agenda, that is not in agreement with the stated aims of this forum. That is much is clear.
I say what I honestly think. MY agenda is to put out as much information as possible about what's coming, what's really happening in the financial sector, and why it matters to us.

Ok, here goes...
While I was making a decent living before I started going back to school, I wanted to understand how executives think about money, how businesses gauge which projects are to be funded or scrapped, etc. It's been 15 years of work, studying economics, getting my MBA... and even then, a lot of details were left out of the classroom, and I studied a lot more, well past the 7 years of school already under my belt... I wanted to see, and understand beyond the talking-heads on TV. And I gotta' tell you, I understand a LOT more than I ever thought I would...
What I see, scares the shit out of me.
The financial systems are inextricably intertwined. The actions of the Federal Reserve, since 2008, have strenghtened those ties between the EU and the USA; we're completely joined at the hip.
When the euro goes down the tubes, due to the overt default of Greece or Italy or Spain, people will flock to American T-bills, giving a short bump in value of the dollar, and causing a short-term dip in the values of gold and silver (combined with an attack on both by the big banks). People will see the dollar- to use an expression I've heard by one analyst- as the best-looking horse. But it's the best-looking horse in the glue factory.
Eventually- maybe within a couple of weeks of the euro's eventual collapse- people will start flocking to precious metals. They'll see the dollar as being only marginally-better than the euro, because while the dollar is backed by the "full faith and credit" of the U.S. government, there's no faith in the government, and they've used up all our credit... The rest of the world will then start to dump dollars in earnest, and pick up either precious metals or go to the Chinese yuan, in an attempt to find a safe haven.
When the dollar gets dropped as the reserve currency, prices for everything will go up (IMHO) by ~3-4 times, overnight. People will start pulling cash, putting into tangibles like food and fuel, causing bank-runs. The Fed will attempt to backstop banks as people pull their money out, by printing mountains of currency, to fulfill FDIC requirements, but it won't matter... The cycle of hyperinflation will begin, and the economic system of the USA and W.Europe will collapse in short order...
Think Zimbabwe, 1950's Hungary or Weimar Germany.
The main point is, there are only two ways for this nightmare to end; default or (hyper)inflation. Default would strip the politicians of their power, but the country at large will be ok, after a period of pain. Inflation will subject the country at large to a much longer and more intense period of pain, but the politicians will retain power.
They'll choose inflation, of course, because it's in their best interest to sacrifice American well-being, rather than sacrifice their own power.
The ramifications of massive inflation will be catastrophic; imagine people who live on fixed incomes (social security, welfare, unemployment, etc.)... Imagine that one day the prices suddenly go to the stratosphere; those people on fixed incomes will realize that their checks will not only not put gas in the car, it won't even put a can of beans on the table... Their savings- if they have any- will be worthless. They'll no longer be able to feed their kids, buy diapers, pay the electric bill... Suddenly, there will be no possibility to earn any kind of living, by any means...
Americans are in a unique position compared to other countries- we have guns. Lots and LOTS of guns... And when the SHTF, those guns will be used, first against each other, and later against our socialist-leaning government. By the time people start after the government, they'll be highly angry, and focused on who the real enemy is.

This fact is exactly why the government is getting podunk police-forces militarized and brain- washed.
It's why they're tightening the noose on anyone who might represent a threat to the power of the government bureaucrats, and openly criticize them.
It's why the TSA does the full-fondle "pat-downs" at the airports, or make you go through the naked-body scanners...
They're trying to get people acclimated to police-state tactics, a lack of privacy, and the primacy of the police-state.
