Title: PPP: #Occupy makes voters nostalgic for Tea Party

Public Policy Polling, a Democratic firm that has been correct with most of its election surveys this year, has a new survey that indicates the Occupy movement is grating on people. Surprisingly, after two months of Occupiers defiling public spaces across America, voters are suddenly more fond of tea partiers than of occupiers. Even better, Tea Party favorables are up ten points from a month ago among independent voters.

The Occupy Wall Street movement is not wearing well with voters across the country. Only 33% now say that they are supportive of its goals, compared to 45% who say they oppose them. That represents an 11 point shift in the wrong direction for the movement's support compared to a month ago when 35% of voters said they supported it and 36% were opposed. Most notably independents have gone from supporting Occupy Wall Street's goals 39/34, to opposing them 34/42.

Voters don't care for the Tea Party either, with 42% saying they support its goals to 45% opposed. But asked whether they have a higher opinion of the Tea Party or Occupy Wall Street movement the Tea Party wins out 43-37, representing a flip from last month when Occupy Wall Street won out 40-37 on that question. Again the movement with independents is notable- from preferring Occupy Wall Street 43-34, to siding with the Tea Party 44-40.

At 2.43am, the New York Observer reported that photographers with credentials were barred from Liberty Square. Seconds later the director of editorial operations at Gawker reported that a CBS news chopper were ordered out of the sky by the NYPD. New York Times journalist Jarid Malsin went to jail in zipties. And 20 minutes later, we heard the NYPD was cutting down trees in Liberty Square, and from our office space we could hear the deployment of a Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD), a sound cannon. To be certain, we could see and feel that this operation had been planned carefully to exclude all media coverage, sending out a loud message about how dissent will be treated in this democracy."

Those people may be mostly dumb asses. But they do have a right to protest. Not in a private park but other places. I don't think they need a permit. Their belongings also seem to have been taken in the clearing of the park. I don't agree with that either.

Marching, protesting, signs, shouting, singing and getting their message out to the public is good, it's when they drag their 'STUFF' out in public for an indefinite stay, and become a public health and safety issue.

Public sidewalks, streets and parks is no place for your 'STUFF', like their children, they should have been left home. It's going to get interesting when the CDC and Child Welfare Services begin to swoop in on them. jmho!

Stagnated water, urine, feces, no plumbing, raw sewage, cockroaches, rats, fleas, bedbugs, scabbies, contaminated needles, coughs, colds, sneezing, flu, vomiting, foul smelling garbage, rotting food, rancid diapers....

QUARANTINE!!

I read about some court somewhere that said that they can bring tents. I wont comment on if I think that is justified or not right now.

I also read that they were being told that they didn't have a permit to protest at Wall Street. I don't agree with that.

I think that the leaders of OWS are pretty much commies. I don't care for them.

However many of the people protesting are just young people that see something is wrong so they are protesting.

Not in a private park

So where's this private park?

See, this really is the problem.

The State's the conduit between public/private transfers of property.

Who 'maintains' this private property?

Why are 'profits' privatized' but losses' given to the public?

And then, Social Services are gutted when the Top 1% and their corporations (GE pays no taxes!!) get their bush43 tax cuts.

And of course the Federal Reserve has an Unlimited 51:1 leveraged Balance Sheet and the Military Never takes a loss as it looks to start more and more wars.

The Kings of old wished they had thought this scam up....LMFAO...8D

But not for much longer.
