United States News Title: THE CORRUPT TYRANT OBAMA URGES SUPREME COURT TO STAY OUT OF IMMIGRATION CASE REGIME SAYS LOWER COURTS PROPERLY BLOCKED ARIZONA IMMIGRATION LAW The Obama Regimes DOJ suggested that the Supreme Court stay out of the Arizona immigration lawsuit, claiming lower courts have properly blocked tough provisions targeting illegal aliens. This presents us with a logic problem: If the Regime is so confident that lower courts have properly blocked the Arizona law, would it not welcome review by the Supreme Court? Would not a ruling from the highest court in the land put the case to rest let alone provide Lord Obama with an I told you so moment? Conversely, if Obama fears review by the High Court, does it not reason that the Regime has doubts whether the Supremes will agree with lower courts rulings? Arizonas law is not only a direct challenge to the federal government and its refusal to aggressively enforce existing federal immigration law; it also seeks tough provisions that Washington refuses to implement. One such provision requires that police, while enforcing other laws, question a peoples immigration status if officers suspect they are in the country illegally. (And this is wrong why?) Yeah, I know; the loons argue that aggressive state and local law enforcement officers could utilize the provision as an excuse to target suspected illegals by concocting various bogus infractions all for the purpose of kicking illegals out of the country. (Um, YEAH.) This argument is a perfect example of what I refer to as liberal role-playing, and how conservatives fall for it every time. While its true that liberals fear illegals could be sent packing en masse, whats not true is their official-talking-points reason for fearing it: Liberals pretend to get all weepy about the rights of illegals, the potential for breaking up families, denying hard workers the right to good jobs, and so forth but the dirty little secret is this: Their real motivation is the belief that by pretending to give a damn about the plight of illegal aliens, they will maintain the support of (an ever-growing voting bloc of) Hispanic Americans across the country. Democrats know this. Republicans know this. Democrats know that Republicans know this. Still a majority of Hispanic Americans buy it hook, line and sinker. Doubt the Rat? See: Democratic Patronizing of Blacks: A 50-Year History. (Sounds like a good post.) While the Arizona law has been followed by other states, the results have been the same: The Obama Regime has challenged them in the courts every step of the way also bringing lawsuits against Alabama and South Carolina. Mexican el Presidente Felipe Calderón must be laughing his hypocritical ass off these days: He gets together with his amigo, el Presidente Obama whenever hes in town; they stand in the Rose Garden and take turns bashing Arizona, (or Republicans), then lock arms and walk back into the White House, most likely congratulating themselves for a job well done. I envision Calderón sitting in his Mexico City office reading about Obamas latest jab at those who demand tighter borders, (a moat full of alligators, for example), and silently laughing to himself as he pulls out a copy of Mexican immigration law. As he reads it - just for fun his silent laughter turns to belly laughs, with tears rolling down his cheeks, and the whole enchilada. What a shame Obama cant get around the Supreme Court by executive order too.
