Ever read Mike's posts? I mean REALLY read/PERUSE his posts? His political slant is on the liberal side of the political system but he condemns 0bama for many things. He has always presented a fresh and mature picture of the world around him. He doesn't cloak himself in some elected leader, either.
And there is nothing wrong with having ecology in mind, either. It shows compassion about the world around him and for everyone. He is as conservative about natural resources and financial matters as anyone not born with a silver spoon in their mouths. He is almost (in my opinion) a vivacious representative of a Jeffersonian Democrat.

Yes, I've REALLY REALLY read Mike's posts. His "condemnation" of 0bama is more like a "Aw, gee, come on bro!" rather than a, "Are you %@!#& kidding me, dammit??!"
In his defense - as I've stated - he's more willing to be pried away from partisan Dem positions than the House Commies. And he will occasionally present interesting perspectives. But I would not come close to saying that he does not defend 0bama far more than is deserved.

Nobody criticized him for that; However, as a Greenie, Mike certainly gave 0bama a lot of slack for his part in the Gulf Spill debacle.

But I really have no use for a slam any block of posters thread. Were it my forum this thing would of died the moment I saw it. And it wouldn't matter which group it focused on th denigrate.
There are people in this archipelago of forums I really like and care about on a personal level. I have no intention of going into the realm of naming names.
But suffice it to say that ideologically the list runs roughly fifty fifty if you categorize in a general ideology split.

All LF basically is, is TWO "blocks" of posters slamming each other - The House Commies vs. Conservatives. Typically, every day is a "slam" - that is if one poster isn't BOZO'd by the other. Suddenly you've become hypersensitive about it? Lol.

There's no hard feelings. In real life I know you're a thoughtful guy, but IMO misguided. You'll vote for 0bama in 2012, and I'll vote for whomever his opponent is.
