United States News Title: Evidence Incriminating Planned Parenthood Destroyed Evidence Incriminating Planned Parenthood Destroyed Planned Parenthood of Kansas Mid-Missouri is facing 107 abortion related charges. The trial was set to start this week, however, state prosecutors have asked for a two week delay. It seems that all of the records that the state intended to use as their evidence has been destroyed. It appears the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) destroyed the records in question and now questions are being raised as to why. In 2008, they testified about the records and the evidence they contained, but it seems that the actual records were destroyed back in 2005 and the KDHE officials testifying never mentioned that at the hearings. Attorneys for Planned Parenthood said that it is routine to purge and destroy old records and that the records in question were destroyed in just such a routine purge. Mary Kay Culp, executive director of Kansans for Life was in the courtroom when the prosecutors asked for the delay. Afterwards, she said, These very reports were known to be the subject of a criminal investigation by the Department of Health. So you would think there would be all kinds of maneuvers to make sure that those records were not destroyed and in fact, those records were destroyed and other records from the same year were not. Its very, very suspicious. Culp also pointed out that the records had been submitted to a judge at an earlier date when it was determined that there was probable cause to prosecute Planned Parenthood. And if the records had been submitted to the judge, Culp asked, Is that not still in the Attorney Generals office? If it is, why wouldnt one of our prosecutors here in Johnson County who has been made an assistant attorney general for purposes of this case use those copies? Has it too been destroyed? The curious circumstances surrounding the destruction of the evidence against Planned Parenthood opens a number of questions that should be thoroughly investigated. Those questions include whether or not there is evidence that the records were intentionally destroyed by abortion advocates in the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, especially in lieu of the fact that other records from the same time period were not destroyed while all of those necessary for the prosecutions case were. Or did then governor of Kansas, Kathleen Sebelius (now Secretary of Health and Human Services under president Obama), who is also a major abortion advocate, have anything to do with the questionable disappearance of the records. I think that Culps parting statement says it all when she said, Only guilty people destroy evidence. Not even we anticipated [former Kansas Governor Kathleen] Sebelius and her administration could stoop this low to protect abortion industry criminality, but this proves they did. Although I wouldnt be surprised if they did find evidence of Sebelius giving orders to destroy the records that Obamas Department of Justice cronies would bury the case and make all of that evidence disappear, just like the evidence in Kansas.
