(10-20) 09:10 PDT Concord, N.H. (AP) --

Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum says rival Herman Cain has been misleading voters about his position on abortion.

In a CNN interview late Wednesday, Cain said he personally opposes abortion in all circumstances but that the government shouldn't try to tell families or women what to do.

Campaigning in New Hampshire on Thursday, Santorum told The Associated Press that Cain's position is the same as virtually all politicians who favor abortion rights. Santorum also says that Cain's view shows that he is untested as a candidate.

Santorum says it's now obvious that Cain's personal views don't apply to his public policy positions, and that the more voters find out about Cain, the more they will realize Cain is not a true conservative. Subscribe to *Tea Party On Parade*
