iceblonde (2 weeks ago) My Grandfather Served in nam. Sadly he died this summer in July, fighting cancer. My dad served in the army and my mother is a Nurse.Im thinking about joining the airforce but nothing it decided yet. This song inspired me to think about all the forgotten soldiers and many hero's. As my teacher said, there is so much you can learn from them, and before you know it they will die and their stories will die with them. (Reply)

LibationNation (1 week ago) I was fortunate enough to see B&R play this song in concert last friday. 4 members of a local Vietnam Veterans honor guard came onstage in the middle of it and received a lengthy standing ovation when the song was over. An awesome moment.

patriotchild (1 day ago) This song is awesome. My dad was in the Navy during nam. I am so proud of him and all the others who served. In school people tell me to stop supporting our soldiers, but this song just makes me want to keep supporting them. (Reply)
