Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain makes it clear in his new book that Texas Rep. Ron Paul’s supporters annoy him with their “stupid” questions about the Federal Reserve.

Cain, the former Godfather’s Pizza CEO, writes that Paul’s supporters are “threatened by me” and are “trying to destroy me on the fact that I was once affiliated with” the Federal Reserve.

Cain was chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 1995 and 1996.

The Daily Caller obtained an advance copy of Cain’s book, “This is Herman Cain,” which goes on sale Oct. 4. In the manuscript, Cain claims Paul’s campaign “sends one of its ‘Paulites’ everywhere I show up.”

Paul is a proponent of auditing the Federal Reserve.

“I get the same stupid question at almost every one of these events,” Cain writes. “I know it’s a deliberate strategy. How can a person randomly show up at a hundred events and ask the same stupid question to try to nail me on the Federal Reserve? It’s really becoming annoying more than anything else.”

Cain said Paul’s fan have “stretched the truth” by accusing him of not wanting to audit the fed.

“I have never said that,” Cain wrote. “I have said: ‘I don’t think you’re going to find anything to audit on the Federal Reserve.’ But they want you to believe that Herman Cain doesn’t want the Federal Reserve to be audited.”

A spokesman for Paul did not immediately return a request for comment. Subscribe to *Tea Party On Parade*

I don’t think you’re going to find anything to audit on the Federal Reserve

This is an extraordinarily interesting statement given that every public has an external, independent auditor.

Godfather's is a privately held company, but I have to believe that the owners audited Cain's performance.

For which he should be deeply ashamed, apologize for,and remind people that "we all make mistakes, and we all need to learn from our mistakes."

The fact that he hasn't done this means he still doesn't think it was a mistake to help feed the monster.

Sounds like a paranoid delusion to me.

Of course, you are the finest example of human experience under the Sun. I recognize your prolific multi-web channel posts now. Perhaps you can help some of our fine associates and collegians by simply making a tagline: I, SneakyPete, am the creator of the GODDAMNED UNIVERSE and make FUCKING STUPID POSTS on occasion; it isn't all sneak's issue, either. It is just your personal for an opinion and conjecture is confusing beyond your personal goals.

He really is out of touch with likely voters, ain't he?

No,but I AM a hell of a lot more aware than you or Cain.

The fact that you are so upset that I have standards says a lot about you.
