To: lucysmom (#2) -- I haven't owned a TV since the mid ninties, so when I did a try one month netflix I discovered Law and Order SVU and was captivated by how excellent that show is. I really got into IceT who plays a Detective in Manhattan SVU and have grown to really respect and like him. I love his acting and like his music. It's not my favorite gendre, but to deny the talent and creativity of Hip Hop and Rap is to have one's head firmly enscounced up one's rectal orifice. To: sneakypete (#7) It's not my favorite form of music, but I am satisfied it takes creativity and musical talent to do hip hop and rap. The subject material of some of it is subject material. It measures no talent. The fact there are a few good artists and many bad ones speaks for that well.
