President Barack Obama may not win an election against the Republicans next year, but he has no problem beating Orly Taitz.
Taitz, the Rancho Santa Margarita lawyer and Mission Viejo dentist who previously attempted to prove that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States, was dealt another blow in court Tuesday. A judge threw out the case she brought against the Social Security Administration, thereby thwarting Taitzs attempt to uncover the biggest cover-up in the history of this nation.
Taitz hoped to show that the president is using a fraudulently obtained Social Security number and that the SSA, among other agencies, is involved in a scheme to cover up Social Security fraud, IRS fraud, elections fraud and possibly treason.
Judge Royce C. Lamberths exasperation showed through in his ruling against Taitz, who sought the release of confidential information from the SSAnamely the date of application, zip code and gender of the person who holds a certain Social Security number, which ends in 4425.
"Her vehement allegatons of fraud consist of mere 'bare suspicion(s)' and thus fail to satisfy the public interest standard required under (the Freedom of Information Act)."
To release the information, Lamberth ruled, "would compromise a substantial privacy interest" of a living individual.
As her numerous filings with the court demonstrate, plaintiff will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of this alleged conspiracy, Lamberth wrote in his decision filed on Tuesday. Unfortunately for plaintiff (Taitz), today is not her lucky day.
According to her website, Tuesday was Taitzs birthday. She is 51.
Every birthday for the last 2-3 years, I get garbage presents from the regime, Taitz expressed on the site in a blog partially headlined "Yet Again Obama Regime Spoils My B-Day." We know who we are fighting, we knew they [would] play this game.
New moves are coming, new earth-shattering evidence is coming. Obama and his regime will not come out of this smelling like a rose.
Lamberth previously wrote that Taitz "is either toying with the court or displaying her own stupidity" when she attempted to acquire information earlier in the case.
