I guess you couldn't find your magnificent achievement on the second of the three threads.
Just one more thread to go, you low life miserable lying sack of shit. Good luck finding your mythical achievement here, you phoney dirtbag. You sure don't have much to say when presented with the actual posting history.
I just popped open the plastic on my copy of my America Freedom to Fascism DVD.
This must see DVD I saw the movie at a theater a few months ago is based on what I have heard for years. Specifically, there is no federal law requiring thee and me to pay a tax on our personal incomes.
I just thought I would float the following question to the list:
Where is the specific federal statute requiring Americans to pay a tax on their personal incomes?
Where is the specific federal statute requiring Americans to pay a tax on their personal incomes?
Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution pretty much makes your demand for a specific federal statute moot.
However, if you are serious, check out the IRS website. They'll give you much clearer instructions if you still doubt the strength of the Congressional mandate.

I don't think they really want to know. It gives them the bloat.

If it was not in the first two threads, that must be your magnificent achievement.
#159. To: harrowup (#122) [harrowup] I stand corrected. You were kicked off weeks before I had any interest in the MMP.
It is noteworthy that the fact that I was not even there did not stop you from addressing a post to me saying, "You fellows need to take responsibility for your actions. JR personally told us all to knock the personal attacks off twice before this thread on the 18th."
I take it this is typical of your posts. When desired, you just make up your "facts."
I guess you felt your brain-dead disruptor nonsense sounded good. It was just too bad for you that I was not even on the FR thread you were talking about. But that attempt to make believe you were talking about this LP thread was lame. After all, the record still shows that you said, "JR personally told us all...." Unless JR has taken over LP, you knew precisely what thread you were talking about. This is precisely the way capitan_refugio would try to slither out when his make-believe "facts" were exposed.
[harrowup] Consider my slap down a reminder that you are hanging out with some really very clumsy folks.
Isn't this what you're are looking for Chan?
An exchange with Harrowup which he recalls as a slapdown..and which is apparently what he told you at the time?
I stand corrected. You were kicked off weeks before I had any interest in the MMP.
What threads were you abusing? Were you a "The South Should Rise Again" or an earlier explosion about your problems with migrant workers?
Consider my slap down a reminder that you are hanging out with some really very clumsy folks.

Poor skippy. His alleged thread abuse rather evaporated when I pointed out that the post in question had been restored. The only possible offensive parts were the accurately cited and quoted words of Abraham Lincoln. The post was restored and remains restored at FR today.
I wrote back at the time:
NOTE: My post was my own few words along with many of the same quotes used by Lerone Bennett, Jr. in his book, "Forced Into Glory." With one exception, Bennett used elision of the N-word throughout his 650-page book. Bennett advised the reader of that exception on the first page of Chapter 1 (page 5 of the book) writing, "(Since Lincoln supporters are in a state of constant denial, I have not used elision in reporting his use of the offensive word n----r.)"
Bennett, the long time editor of Ebony, found it necessary to quote the actual words of Lincoln to counter the mythmakers' pattern of ignoring, excusing, or simply denying what Lincoln said over and over and over in private and in public speeches, including several of the Lincoln-Douglas debates. I followed the lead of Mr. Bennett. Saying Lincoln used the N-word does not have the same effect as quoting him precisely.
Quoting Lincoln using it four times in a single paragraph, in two different speeches, gave some mod the vapors. Then it was pointed out that FR was banning the actual words of the first Republican president, Abraham Lincoln.
harrowup's "South shall rise again" remark is pure harrowup bullshit. My roots do go deep into the South. The South Bronx. I mostly discussed the legal matters as they stood in the 1860s. That had nothing to do with the South rising, or not rising, in modern times.
Albert Taylor Bledsoe wrote his 1866 book, "Is Davis a Traitor; or Was Secession a Constitutional Right Previous to the War of 1861?" republished in 1915 as "The War Between the States; or Was Secession a Constitutional Right Previous to the War of 1861-65?"
I quoted from the preface with some regularity.
It is not the design of this book to open the subject of secession. The subjugation of the Southern States, and their acceptance of the terms dictated by the North, may, if the reader please, be considered as having shifted the Federal Government from the basis of compact to that of conquest; and thereby extinguished every claim to the right of secession for the future.
Argument about whether secession was constitutionally prohibited in 1861 does not say anything about the state of the law in 1866, much less the 21st century. There were post-war changes to the Federal constitution and many changes to State constitutions. About the only thing nitwit established is that, as usual, he commented without bothering to learn what he was talking about.
A slap down in not a slap down because that nitwit claims it to be, in the grand yukon tradition of just making crap up. In his own mind, harrowup is a bathtub admiral in command of a whole fleet of rubber duckies.

As you are still running about like a hamster trying to power up your two brain cells, I might as well point out the idiocy of your master post on that last thread. No, you dumb idiot, Article 1, Section 8 does not make the existence, or non-existence, of a federal income tax statute moot.
In relevant part, Article 1, Section 8 provides:
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
That granted Congress plenary power to enact tax laws, limited by a requirement that "all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States." If the current law relied only on Art. 1 §8, it would be unconstitutional. The Lincoln administration actually created un unapportioned income tax, and the Internal Revenue Bureau to enforce it. The unapportioned tax was later struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court as unconstitutional.
Amendment 16 removed the uniformity restriction from an income tax.
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
The constitutional provisions only establish that Congress may pass laws establishing an income tax (Art 1 §8) and that it may be an unapportioned tax (Amdt 16).
The constitutional provisions authorize an unapportioned income tax, but do not establish one. In the absence of an applicable Federal Statute, there would be no tax. Only an idiot would think Art. 1 §8 renders the existence of the Federal Tax Statute moot.
Of course, as you are an idiot with a long history of posting idiotic claims, I have a near lifetime supply of material to keep this going as long as you choose. In due time, together we can create a centralized database debunking your bullshit. That will assist the netizens of the world to turn off your seemingly endless stream of noxious emissions. Think of it as a catalytic converter for gasbags.

LOL - hilarious!
"It's not surprising, then, they [White Pennsylvanians] get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." ~ Comrade-in-Chief Barry Hussein 0bama
You're so lucky nolu, the admiral is waiting for gatlin's return from rehab to kick your ass. see "Ground Control to Candidate Paul" thread
"Since Gatlin is on holiday, I was going to wait for his return before nailing Charlie Chan's #3 Idiot son, no luck chuck aka dung beetle aka several dozen other monikers that required abandonment due to gross abuse of posting rules and regulations."
No. I was looking for an actual slapdown, not imaginary harrowup bullshit.
I really have no comment on the quality of his perceived victory (or yours for that matter)..just pointing out where the exchange may have taken place.
. It is on pages 185 thru 196 (of 242) of my PDF copy of the CP thread.
Lol, 242 page pdf??!! Obsess much? Lol
And, a mention by Coral Snake, how impressive!!!
Hey, perfesser why don't you use those super detective skills to find out if badeye was thrown out of cp for being an asswipe or were they just plain afraid of him, as he claims, lol
-------------------------------------
Why don't you make like a tree and get out of here?
I really have no comment on the quality of his perceived victory (or yours for that matter)..just pointing out where the exchange may have taken place.
That's cool. The admiral is the one who claimed to have made mincemeat of me. He remembered it well but absolutely declined to link or identify the alleged event. Even when I rubbed our entire 17-post history in his face, he does not seem able to find it. He will likely find that right after he finds the website at 95.154.230.291. Self-certified White Hat hackers can find that stuff.
Having lost patience with the dung beetle's #3 routine of constant agitating and since I made a promise to Goldi many years ago not to kick his ass here since he threatens to sue anyone who besmirtches his 'reputation' it was necessary to travel to Robin's pig stye and deal with him over there. Robin, however, banned me after one post so it became necessary to lure him out.
Yuck, yuck. I've never threatened to sue anyone online. I did advise CP that they were hosting libel and they could be sued. If they got sued it would have been the doing of Dr. Kopp, not me.
Stone provided the opportunity and little #3 totally outed himself as mojo- dung beetle and now can enjoy the opportunity to find a new moniker to add to his list of internet mayhem.
So the nitwit thinks I am Steve Gilbert. What an incompetent douchenozzle. He will have to explain how I totally outed myself as Steve/mojo/Dung Beetle.
Someday, I might write a 'true' story about mojo - dung beetle and his escapades but frankly it was only funny once and now is just as boring as he has always been.
It might be interesting and I might learn something. I have less of a posting history with Steve/Dung Beetle that I had with harrowup. Zero. I've never even met the guy online.
Watching harrowup fumble about and mumble splutter is fun. His nonsense about multiple handles is great, coming from that MPD group.
You have the entire LP Kloaughn team on your case today over on LP. Man, do you ever know how to stir a hornets nest. Be very careful, however. That group has the BEST and Brightest legal team on the face of the planet: Gatlin, Harrowup and Whitesands, esq., LTD. They may slap you with an investigation as they did myself. And look at me today: humble, obedient and respectful.
I am fairely sure GI is from: Grand Island Township, Michigan. He is nothing more than an elementary school crosswalk guard. One of his many interests is that he enjoys beating up on little kids when they set up their lemonade stands on weekends under the colour of law. That way during the week, he has their respect crossing them to&fro the local school.
Careful bucky; when #3-mojoke-dung beetle etc starts in on a site he has a history of taking over from the locals and insisting on 'cock of the walk' status usually called 'prick in crick' by his former allies.
Good luck though. He'll no doubt give you tickets before he manages to get the place black-listed.
Just a casual reminder before you decide to get on his wheel.

You don't understand something. You are remiss from a small detailed FACT that you are not aware of.
nolu chan takes time in his posts; he may create an error or two in opinion; but is NEVER wrong in his factual statements. And nc rarely makes a post anyways other than a method of approach for correction about the "sturdiness" of someone's FACTS.
So far, on this thread, you are like an ill equipped sub-human to even approach nc's posts: you remind me of the despotic capability of those touching the monolith in the movie: 2001, A Space Odyssey. You can't quite approach nc at all other than posting to OTHERS.
And watching your own behaviour on LP is similar. You should feel ashamed; but I know such emotion is incapable from a mere cretin such as yourself.
#225. To: harrowup, calcon, nolu chan (#219)(Edited)
From post#3 directed towards calcon you posted:
His [nc] ridiculous conspiracy theories are only slightly more insane than Orly.
Charlie Chan's #3 Idiot son, no luck chuck.

At almost the top of the thread, you created a problem, harrowup. You may be the only reason nc came by, too. You are just a flamer with no FACTUAL backup.
He claims to have gotten married 6 or so months ago. He lives there from what I can tell. Or he could be a computer program, like yuklown, spewing his stuff.
He claims to have gotten married 6 or so months ago.
As an almost retired school crosswalk guard, I am confident he was married about six months ago. I don't think anyone can dispute this admission. However, I think he married "yukon." The timing sounds about right, correct?
BTW: you can copy where GI places his graphics, if you want. Here is his website: http://s359.photobucket.com/albums/oo39/GrandIsland_2008/ ... how do I know? Because he is so fucking stupid to set up a photobucket account, he loudly pronounces his silly antics and leaves bread crumbs.
I should hack the living shit out of him because of his own stupidity, too. But, because I am so kind to many, many others around the world, it won't happen this evening.
you're going to totally freak gay island out with that post, bucky.
that paranoid mall cop will be up all night
Did you see the way, boris suggesting he was going to tattle-tale to Goldie on me this afternoon, right here on LF? It pissed me off. And boris has always been my best friend on LP/LF/FR: his monickers may change but I always know him.
Now, Goldie is about to experience the flavor of the Internet as she has always dreamed. Betcha, she won't permit any new posters.
