The constitutional provisions only establish that Congress may pass laws establishing an income tax (Art 1 §8) and that it may be an unapportioned tax (Amdt 16). The constitutional provisions authorize an unapportioned income tax, but do not establish one. In the absence of an applicable Federal Statute, there would be no tax. Only an idiot would think Art. 1 §8 renders the existence of the Federal Tax Statute moot. Having lost patience with the dung beetle's #3 routine of constant agitating and since I made a promise to Goldi many years ago not to kick his ass here since he threatens to sue anyone who besmirtches his 'reputation' it was necessary to travel to Robin's pig stye and deal with him over there. Robin, however, banned me after one post so it became necessary to lure him out.
