The woman, not the victim A St. Louis woman was charged today with statutory rape, child molestation and sodomy after she was accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy in her neighborhood. Charged is Levetrea Dione Atkins, 36, of the 5700 block of Theodore Avenue in St. Louis. Court documents describe the boy as developmentally delayed. The boy told authorities Atkins persuaded him to get money from his piggy bank and give it to her on June 24, according to court documents. Then she molested, sodomized and had sex with the boy, the filing says. Neighbors reported what happened to the teen's father after Atkins bragged about it, documents say. A cash-only bond has been set at $150,000. Atkins was not in custody early Thursday evening.

Criminal charges against Lavoie include six counts of statutory rape, three counts of aggravated rape and abuse, and three counts of statutory rape, and enticement, however, no ruling on any of the charges has been made at this time. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Criminal Charges of rape of a minor, which was a suspended sentence leaving Letourneau on probation for her crimes. However, Letourneau refused to avoid contact with the victim, who was still a minor at the time, and actually conceived the couple’s first child while in violation of her probation, which sent Letourneau to prison for seven and a half years. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What's terrible is he actually had to pay to be sodomized by that "pinhead" thing.

Donahue Elementary School located in Holyoke, Massachusetts when she was charged with six counts of statutory rape, three counts of aggravated rape and abuse, and three counts of statutory rape, and enticement of a minor regarding a fifteen-year-old male student. After the boy’s parents alerted authorities regarding their son’s possible relationship with the teacher, Lavoie and the underage boy went on the lam, aimlessly travelling up and down the east coast of the U.S. In February of 2009, the pair was finally apprehended, and in June of 2009, criminal proceedings against Lavoie began in earnest. The aforementioned charges are still being sort out in court, and at this time, Lavoie is presumed innocent of any crime.
