The makers of your video had one thing right - the development is nice. Just about everything else is hyperbole or just plain wrong - take funding for instance:

Also,I know for a fact that if *I* wanted to sign an agreement with a contractor to build a first quality housing complex,the very first people I would contact would be Habitat for Humanity and the Korean Women's Association. No politics or graft involved there,right? Plus,who could be more experienced contractors than those two groups?

Both Habitat for Humanity and the Korean Women's Association (started by the Korean wives of American servicemen) are private, well respected charities - how do you think they are involved in graft?
Turning an ugly, crime ridden slum into a beautiful award-winning community that includes people who work for a living and are able to pay their own rent or buy their own homes is a good thing for everyone involved don't you agree?

Yes,and no. The loans and bonds were PROBABLY backed by HUD,which no doubt gets the money from SS.
Also,you can bet your ass the people buying the housing will be minorities on SS of one form or another who are getting special prices because the government will be paying off a part of the contract price to the contractors.
