Also,I know for a fact that if *I* wanted to sign an agreement with a contractor to build a first quality housing complex,the very first people I would contact would be Habitat for Humanity and the Korean Women's Association. No politics or graft involved there,right? Plus,who could be more experienced contractors than those two groups? Once again the parasites are being given the keys to the public treasury.
