You act as though there isn't some kind of unofficial set of agreements/policies and procedures that occur between within the same political parties that run between the two houses of Congress.

This is complete nonsense. Both major US political parties have been playing around for years with their wars, allegiance to Israel and their lack of attention to detail on the economics and infra-structure of America.
The Democrat AND Republican political Parties need to redress what their responsibilities are to the nation; both are responsible for the past leading to the present situations confronting ALL of us.
