He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him. John 3:36
Jesus said there is only one path and it was through him. Either Jesus was telling the truth or he was a raving lunatic. I believe he was telling the truth.
Everyone takes a different route down that path is what I was saying.
Jesus said he is the only way. He didn't say there were different paths. He said his way is narrow. We may all come to him from different parts of life as christians. Muslims don't have the right path no matter what. Unless they repent and accept christ. That is what I believe. That is what the Bible teaches.
What I am saying is that if you compare stories, among Christians, of how their lives as Christians went you will find that they each have a different story to tell yet there are enough similarities that you can see they have all walked down the same path, yet not all saw and experienced the same things.
Maybe it's just that everyone joins the path at different points. Or maybe some of us try to skip parts or take short cuts.
It's the path I've chosen to follow, but yer gonna have a hard time convinhcing me that God Almighty purposefully damned to HELL the vast majority of earthlings who weren't exposed to Christ like we were...MUD

There is provision for those who didn't hear the word. They will be judged if they did the things in the law naturally. That is a paraphrase.
Which opens the door to the distinct possibility that HIS way may not be the only way...MUD
That couldn't be farther from the truth. I will find the verse when I can. Jesus himself said he is the only way. It seems to me what you say would make him a liar.
Not at all...accepting Jesus Christ as our savior is the right path for me...but sorry, I don't agree with the implied exclusivity that can only lead to religious wars. Spread the word as you see fit, but don't go damning all the INFIDELS, imho...MUD
