i think it's the fact that yukon has free rein over there. I'm surprised that I've lasted so long there cause customarily bad mouthing tweety will usually get you banned. Eventually people are going to have to start asking themselves why Goldi-lox has continued to allow lovers of big government to control that site. Regardless of his professed independent voter registration, yukon has for years sided with big government. 50,000 names is obviously a McCain-Rocks-type poster. grandisland, robertpaulsen, gatlin, and magician are all hardcore authoritarians who embrace big government. Harrowup has admitted to being a longtime liberal democrat. Marge is an admitted foreigner whose sole purpose appears to be to rile up the site's Christian Zionists. Yet these are the people that Goldi has aligned herself with. Why would a self-professed patriotic, "small government" conservative align herself with people whose posts prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they do not share her supposed small government values or in the case of marge, have no loyalty to the US? In the case of yukon, why in the world has she for years allowed him and those who continuously argue with him to disrupt just about every thread posted on that site? I don't have an answer, but it sure seems like an odd way to run a supposedly small government, conservative site. For that matter, any site! Who wants to wade through dozens of posts per thread of mindless insults in order to read a thoughtful post by someone actually attempting to discuss the topic of the article? It makes no sense to me. It's as if she doesn't want issues discussed. Very strange, and although I may post a comment or two there every now and then, for the most part, it's not worth my time.
I believe money is changing hands. The purpose of LP is obvious: discredit conservatives and libertarians by allowing a hardcore group of statist posters to masquerade as conservative to set up shop in order to discredit discussion by derailing thread after thread with Neocon bullshit and alienating potential newcomers with their antics. The owner knows what shes doing, and more importantly, which side butters her matzo.

I saw that thread. 97% voted the gay canary as the biggest disruptor on that mini-poll that Infowarrior initiated. Yukon's name wasn't even in the title. Goldi sucks.
